read<\/a>, we are preparing a 2021 edition of Devoxx France adapted to the current health context. The team, with the help of Arnaud H\u00e9ritier, is currently working to prepare the program for the 2021 edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAs you can imagine, the late cancellation of the 2020 edition was difficult. Its program was ready and we would have prepared a superb Devoxx France, thanks to a CFP which required a lot of organizational work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So we said to ourselves: why not get back in touch with the speakers of 2020, and see with them to renew their presence at this new edition?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For this 2021 programme, we will therefore contact all those selected for 2020 (with the exception of extra-European speakers) to propose that they come from 29th September to 22nd of October. Everyone will be able to review their topic, update it and keep their chance to come to Devoxx France \u00abnine-three-quarter\u00bb. Of course, everyone can also decline if they cannot\/do not want to present the selected topic(s) for 2020. In that case, we will invite others to fill the gap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why not contact extra-European speakers? The travel restrictions imposed by some countries over the past few months unfortunately risk impacting the arrival of our extra-European friends. For this reason, we will contact these speakers to explain that we will not be able to receive them for this new edition. Devoxx France has the specificity of receiving a majority of participants from France, and also having a very large panel of European presenters, which will facilitate our organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regarding the holding of the event itself, the Devoxx France team is currently preparing 3 scenarios for the 2021 edition, and according to the evolution of health conditions in the coming weeks\/months one of them will be implemented. We will come back to you with more details in a future article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
